  I stopped by to refill a prescription on the 22nd of October, 2013. The prescription was originally filled at the Tinker AFB medical clinic in Oklahoma but the woman who assisted me said the clinic would simply need to be contacted for CVS to do the refill. She took down the information off the bottle, my name and my phone number. She told me CVS pharmacy would contact me when the prescription was filled. Two days later, on the 24th, I still hadn't received a phone call. I assumed the prescription must have been filled and they forgot to call. When I stopped by the pharmacy to pick it up, the woman there informed me that it hadn't been filled because they had a problem contacting the clinic. When I asked why I hadn't been contacted she said she didn't know. Yet she obviously knew about the issue. Somebody dropped the ball at CVS and that is COMPLETELY unacceptable, especially with medications like the kind I was getting filled. I went without my medication because of this CVS pharmacy.
