The part that surprised and disappointed me is that they started shutting of the stores lights 10 minutes before closing while I was discussing the issue with an associate. It was very rude and uncomfortable. I worked retail for years and totally understand wanting to get home. But if you’re open until 7pm you’re open until 7pm. No retail store should do that while a customer is still in the store.
