  This appointment seemed to start out ok, but quickly went downhill from there. The consultant (an older woman) kept pulling dresses I had no interest in, after I repeatedly told her what style I was looking for. She kept pulling size 2 dresses and insisting I try them on when I told her they wouldn't fit and would then make snide comments about how she'd have to go look for dresses for "bigger brides." All of this was after I told her my normal size at the beginning of the appointment. For context, I wear a normal woman's size 8, I wasn't very body conscious until this woman got a hold of me for a few hours. I was also alarmed and a little disgusted by her attempts to engage my bridal party in conversation. Instead of making normal small talk about wedding plans or how they knew me or the weather, or literally anything else, she started talking trash about previous clients that she had worked with in the store. This is not only highly unprofessional, but it makes me wonder what someone like this would say about me to her next bride. On top of all of this, when she stopped making fun of my weight and started pulling dresses that were in the style I was looking for, 2 other appointments came in. She helped the first one without too much issue as it was just a final fitting and the seamstress was helping them as well, but the second one that came in was apparently someone she knew, but has not requested her for their appointment. Instead of remaining a professional and finishing my appointment, she decided against finding another consultant and she tried to do both appointments. This basically resulted in her abandoning me and hanging out with her friends. I had to find someone else (a very nice young lady) that worked there to help me out of the dress that I was still in! Objectively, the store is clean and well lit, and seemed to have a decent range of gowns for the size of the store. I cannot speak to their willingness to do alterations, as my appointment never made it that far. Maybe if I had had a more professional consultant this would have gone a lot better. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed with this store's personnel and no one should be made to feel body conscious or fat while looking for their wedding gown. I will be going elsewhere to find my dress.

  My daughter bought her wedding dress here and also her bridesmaids dresses. It was such a nice experience! Staff was awesome. We just went back and bought my other daughters prom dress and again had a good experience ! Definitely would recommend.
