  The installation services here are horrendous. After you pay then come measure your space, they are supposed to contact you within two days to make an appointment and then they are supposed to communicate with Lowe's to set up a contract. I paid them to come do my kitchen floor and a bathroom vanity. Ten days later, the floor was measured but nobody had told Lowe's and despite multiple calls, nobody had reached out about my bathroom. I went in to the store and asked about it; they apologized and swore someone would call the next day. Four days later, nobody has contacted me and when I tried to reach the store manager I was disconnected. DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICES. Even if it means paying someone else more money, don't try to get them to help you. They won't. I can't even get a refund for the $51 they demanded in order to come measure my bathroom vanity, because they won't call me back, not to mention send someone out to do the job I paid them for.

  DIY at its best! This store has most things for most projects. You can fix stuff or improve your home with a ton of possibilities. I walk around for hours unless I have a list!
