  I've been working closely with this branch of UBuildIt during the course of building my house, and the experience has been nothing less than exceptional! The list of benefits is long and the level of expertise deep: attention to detail, knowledge of the industry overall, knowledge of the local markets, cadre of experts available to support your project, knowledge of both market standard practices as well as new trends and innovations, the list goes on. It's nice to be able to build your house, and know all of the quality that went into the product, from every extra bit of caulk, insulation, or appliance savings that you're not going to get from a production builder. And you see the difference in how the house looks and performs, no squeaks, shakes, or high energy bills are some examples. But by far the nicest aspect, especially given the current market, is the amazing amount of cost savings you will realize. There's some work involved, but it's probably work you're glad to be involved in while building your dream home. And saving money is not only insurance in a tough market, it's a good idea in any market. You'll save money instantly through equity gains, and in the long haul with lower utility bills over a less well built house. Recommended, highly!
